$FULLBOWL

How it works.

$FULLBOWL turns trading fees into food and care for shelter animals. These are the rules the treasury follows, and how anyone can check them.

Where the money comes from

$FULLBOWL launches through the IMD swarm with launch.open: the swarm writes, audits and deploys the token, and its Uniswap v4 pool on Ethereum is paired with ETH. The launch costs 0.5 IMD, paid by the donation wallet. That makes the donation wallet the launch's requester.

Every trade pays a 1.25% pool fee: 1% to the requester and 0.25% to the IMD network. The fees build up in the launch position, in ETH and in the coin, until someone calls claimFees on the IMD launch factory. Anyone can make that call; the factory sends the requester's share to the donation wallet and nowhere else. The home page shows what is waiting and has a button for it.

There is no tax in the token contract and nobody on the team takes a share.

Where it goes

Once a month a bot run from the donation wallet claims the fees, swaps the ETH to USDC on Uniswap and donates it to Best Friends Animal Society through its Endaoment org contract on Ethereum: the wallet approves USDC and calls donate on that contract, so the money goes straight from the wallet to the charity. Endaoment keeps 1.5% and grants the rest to Best Friends. The bot only donates when there is at least $50, so gas never eats a small donation.

The gas comes out of the fees too: the wallet pays it from its own ETH, and every transaction it sends is on the ledger with its cost. The donation planner does the same by hand, if the bot is ever off. The coin fees stay in the wallet until the community decides whether to sell them for Best Friends or keep them.

The donation wallet can also be a Safe multisig. Then a signer executes the batch and the same batch pays the gas back, shown as Gas refund.

How a shelter joins the list

  1. It is a registered animal rescue charity with an Endaoment org contract on Ethereum.
  2. Its address comes from Endaoment, never from a DM, and is checked on-chain: active in Endaoment's registry, the charity's EIN stored in the contract, USDC as its token.
  3. The change to the list is public, with the source link next to the address.

Until an address is checked, the shelter shows "not verified yet" and no transfer counts as a donation to it.

How to check us

  • The ledger lists every ETH, WETH and USDC movement in and out of the treasury, read from Blockscout. Nothing on it is typed in by hand.
  • A transfer out to an address that is not a listed shelter is marked "Other out", never hidden.
  • Balances are read from the chain every minute. The treasury address is on the home page; open it on the explorer.
  • Machines can read the same data as JSON at /api/treasury.

Risks

  • $FULLBOWL is a meme coin. Its price can go to zero. If nobody trades it, there are no fees to donate.
  • Buying $FULLBOWL is not a donation and is not tax deductible. Only the treasury donates.
  • The charities listed do not endorse $FULLBOWL. They receive donations like from any other donor.
  • Dollar values use today's ETH price, so past fees show at today's value, not the value on the day.
  • Gas on Ethereum costs real money. Donating once a month keeps it small next to the fees; in a quiet month the signers can skip and donate the next.
  • Fees sit in the IMD launch position until someone claims them, so they depend on IMD's launch factory and the Uniswap v4 pool.
  • A plain donation wallet is one key. Everything it does is public here, but people trust its keeper not to move the money elsewhere. A Safe removes that single point.

Not financial advice. $FULLBOWL is a community coin in the IMD ecosystem, not an official IMD product. Buying it is not a donation and is not tax deductible. Do your own research.
